Our technicians are available to visit your site within a 30-mile radius, providing prompt and effective solutions for your IT needs.

Certain IT issues cannot be resolved remotely and require a technician to be physically present. On-site support ensures that complex problems, hardware installations, and network setups are handled efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption to your business operations.

How it works:

With Service Desk Complete, we include on-site visits, as needed to provide hands-on assistance and expertise when it’s needed. Depending on your company’s needs, the urgency of the issue, and the travel time, we’ll work with you on all the details to ensure we make it on-site.
