PUMA Managed IT was founded on a simple belief: technology should support people, not complicate their work. What started as a telecommunications company in 1999 evolved into a multi-industry focused managed services provider built on trust, accountability, and doing the right thing for clients.

In 2025, PUMA Managed IT entered a new chapter, becoming a platform company focused on our mission and core values. Through strategic growth, including our merger with Grandtech, we've built a team of skilled engineers and operational leaders who are empowered to think critically, act with ownership, and deliver meaningful results. We cut unnecessary complexity while staying deeply aligned with our clients' missions and our own.
